Aditude is hiring a senior Product Manager to own the mobile in-app product line focused on mobile app monetization. This full-time remote role requires 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, especially with mobile app ad products and mobile gaming publishers. Responsibilities include owning product vision, strategy, roadmap, KPIs, go-to-market, and outcomes. The candidate must be highly technical, proficient in SDK architectures, mobile ad ecosystem (mediation, bidding, SDKs, privacy frameworks), and data analysis (SQL, analytics tools). The role demands cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Ad Ops, Sales, and Design, direct engagement with publishers, and building scalable products. Preferred experience includes Prebid Mobile, open-source bidding, gaming studios, ad networks, SSPs, Google Ad Manager, and product-led growth strategies. What you'll do
- Own the Mobile In-App Product: product vision, strategy, and roadmap from SDK to reporting
- Drive Product KPIs: define, track, and be accountable for adoption, revenue impact, SDK performance, and publisher satisfaction
- Go to Market: lead product launches including positioning, messaging, enablement, working with Sales and Marketing
- Be Deeply Technical: understand mobile ad ecosystem including mediation, bidding, waterfall vs unified auctions, SDK integration, SKAN, privacy frameworks
- Live in the Data: use quantitative analysis to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and prioritize based on impact
- Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with Engineering, Ad Ops, and Design to translate publisher needs into shippable solutions
- Engage Directly with Publishers: conduct customer research, gather feedback, build relationships especially with mobile gaming publishers
- Build for Scale: design products and processes for automation, self-service, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, specifically with products that serve ads in mobile apps
- Proven experience working with mobile gaming publishers or gaming ad networks/SDKs
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem: mediation platforms, in-app bidding, ad SDKs (AppLovin, ironSource, Unity, AdMob, etc.), OpenRTB, and privacy frameworks (ATT, SKAN, TCF)
- Track record of taking products to market and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Highly technical—comfortable reading documentation, understanding SDK architectures, and speaking fluently with engineers
- Strong data analysis skills; comfortable in SQL, analytics tools, and making decisions backed by numbers
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communicator able to translate complex technical concepts for any audience and rally teams around a vision
- Exceptionally organized, able to juggle competing priorities and keep cross-functional teams aligned
- Scrappy and relentless, willing to do whatever it takes to make the product succeed
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with Prebid Mobile or open-source bidding solutions
- Background working at a mobile gaming studio, ad network, SSP, or SDK provider
- Familiarity with publisher ad ops workflows and Google Ad Manager
- Experience with product-led growth strategies and self-service product design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
