Responsibilities include defining and delivering product features, translating business needs into product requirements, supporting the product roadmap, contributing to AI and automation initiatives, conducting competitive analysis, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting feature rollout, and participating in agile ceremonies. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in product management, software engineering, digital advertising, or related fields, strong understanding of native advertising and performance marketing, analytical skills, familiarity with ad tech platforms, exposure to AI/ML-powered features, experience in agile environments, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. The position offers a hybrid working model based in Netanya, Israel, with benefits including parking, mentorship, pet-friendly office, happy hours, and a stocked kitchen.

  • Partner with senior PMs and engineering squads to define, prioritize, and deliver Amplify features for native performance advertisers
  • Translate advertiser and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specs

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, campaign management, data science, and marketing teams to ensure smooth feature delivery and adoption
  • Support worldwide rollout of Amplify features, including adoption tracking and measurement of incremental outcomes

  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features or automation workflows
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across sales, engineering, and business teams
