Full job description

Skai is seeking a mid-level product professional with 5-6 years of campaign management experience on platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Amazon. The role involves driving product strategies using retail media marketing insights, collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams to integrate new retail media publishers and enhance products, acting as the voice of the customer through market feedback analysis, presenting product updates and insights, staying current on retail media and digital advertising trends, and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and product delivery. Requirements include strong campaign planning and optimization skills, proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills in English, and a BA degree in a relevant field. Advantageous skills include product management experience, technical acumen, creativity, and knowledge of commerce media marketing. The position is full-time and hybrid, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you'll do

  • Drive product strategies by leveraging insights from retail media marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to drive integration of new retail media publishers and design, build, and enhance new products on the Skai platform
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and analyzing market feedback
  • Present ideas, product updates, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders with impact and clarity
  • Stay updated on trends in retail media and digital advertising, translating market shifts into innovative product solutions
  • Leverage advanced AI tools to optimize workflows, accelerate product delivery, and maximize operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of hands-on campaign management experience in platforms like Google Ads, SA 360, Amazon
  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance goals (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR)
  • Proficient in building campaign structures, setting up ad groups, and keywords tailored to platform best practices
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of the paid search marketing landscape, including campaign strategies and optimization
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English
  • BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Communication or similar
  • Advantageous: experience in product management or related fields
  • Advantageous: technical acumen and ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Advantageous: creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
  • Advantageous: knowledge in commerce media marketing
