Product Manager role on the Traffic Shaping team in Boston with a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office). The role involves managing a data-heavy product that uses machine learning to optimize ad request processing. Responsibilities include gathering stakeholder feedback, analyzing data and experiments, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and partnering with Engineering and Data Science through product development. Requires 2+ years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, technical fluency including SQL, clear communication, ownership, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Relevant experience in programmatic advertising or machine learning is helpful but not required. Salary range in Massachusetts is $125,000 – $135,000, with additional bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
