Full job description

Product Intern role supporting the PeopleCloud platform at Epsilon. Gain hands-on experience working with Product Managers, engineers, and designers in a hybrid setting (2 days/week in office). Responsibilities include supporting product initiatives, translating customer and business needs into requirements, participating in planning and design discussions, conducting research, collaborating across teams, documenting project details, supporting product testing, and identifying improvements. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Qualifications include pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, interest in product management and technology, problem-solving skills, communication, organization, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Helpful experience includes Agile, Jira, project management, digital marketing, and data analytics. Compensation range is $32-$36 hourly.
