Full job description

Product Intern role supporting Epsilon's PeopleCloud platform. Gain hands-on experience working with Product Managers, engineers, and designers in a hybrid setting (2 days/week onsite). Responsibilities include supporting product initiatives, translating customer and business needs into product requirements, participating in planning and design discussions, conducting research, collaborating cross-functionally, documenting project details, supporting product testing, and identifying improvements. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Internship is 11 weeks during summer, designed for students pursuing degrees in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design, or related fields. Interest in product management, technology, digital marketing, and customer experience required. Compensation ranges from $32 to $36 per hour.
