Full job description
The Senior Product Enablement Manager at Pacvue is responsible for driving product training execution and commercial team readiness. This role involves producing high-impact resources and leading training programs to ensure customer success and sales teams can effectively position and sell Pacvue products. Key duties include managing client-facing product communications such as release notes and product roadmaps, designing and delivering recurring product training in various formats, developing new hire product fundamentals training, creating demo workflows, tracking training metrics, and identifying skills gaps. The role requires 8+ years of experience in training development or delivery, strong technical aptitude for SaaS products, excellent communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word), and knowledge of instructional design principles. Own the development, quality, and timely publication of client-facing Product Release notes, articulating how product changes are framed and communicated to customers

Support the escalation of demo issues and coordinate directly with the Product team on solutions
Track training engagement metrics and measure the business impact of enablement initiatives
Identify product capability skills gaps and training needs
Requirements
8+ years of experience in training resources development and/or training program delivery, or a related field, including demonstrated success operating with significant autonomy
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex SaaS products quickly and explain features clearly to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product complexity into clear, actionable messaging
Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across teams and with external contacts such as partners and clients
Proven ownership of client-facing product communications, such as release notes, product roadmaps, or in-product guidance, with strong judgment on what to share externally and how to frame it
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and prioritize competing demands with minimal oversight
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to distill large amounts of information and communicate what matters most to specific audiences
Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, advertising tech, or B2B software environments
Strong grounding in learning and instructional design principles (e.g., adult learning theory, retention and engagement techniques), applied with independent judgment to shape how training content is structured and delivered
