Full job description

Product Director role to define and lead the personalization platform vision and strategy. Requires 10+ years in product management and 5+ years managing teams. Responsibilities include partnering with product teams, leading product managers, fostering a test-and-learn culture, collaborating with engineering and data science, and delivering a roadmap aligned with business outcomes. Must have strong strategic thinking, technical understanding, and communication skills. Fluent English and experience with international teams required. Hybrid work model based in Paris, France. What you'll do

  • Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for the personalization platform
  • Partner closely with product teams across all business lines to maximize product fit and adoption
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, raising the bar on product excellence
  • Establish a rigorous test-and-learn culture for rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science on platform architecture, scalability, autonomy, and intelligence
  • Build and execute a compelling roadmap aligned with measurable business outcomes and KPIs
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, progress, and business impact to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Extensive Product Management experience (10+ years)
  • Proven ability to drive rapid iteration to achieve product adoption
  • Experience managing and growing a team (5 years minimum)
  • Ability to balance serving the business with designing a platform approach
  • Solid technical understanding with focus on business value creation
  • Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Strong foundation in data, AI and Commerce
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans
  • Experience developing software products from concept to launch
  • Pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach to ensure goals are achieved
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with international teams across Europe and the US
