Full job description
Simulmedia is hiring a mid-level product designer with 3+ years experience on complex B2B products with data-heavy interfaces. The role involves owning problems end-to-end, working across business areas, writing PRDs or decision documents, using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor for prototyping, and producing production-ready UI designs aligned with the design system. Candidates must be based in Ukraine and have English proficiency at B2+ level. Experience with AI prototyping, good UI skills, and a portfolio demonstrating product thinking and interaction design are required. Nice to have: ad tech, media, analytics experience, public GitHub or side projects, data visualization skills, and interest in product management and engineering growth.
What you'll do
- Own problems end to end: define the problem with PM and engineers, decide what should exist, explore options, validate them, and ship improvements that move key metrics; stay with the work after handoff
