Requirements
4+ years of overall experience in design, with at least 2 years working inside a product team
Strong analytical thinking skills with a knack for breaking complex problems into actionable components
Hands-on experience working with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics tools (including leveraging AI to streamline these tasks)
Proven experience conducting UX research: usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and research analysis (including AI optimization)
Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals in a web development context to communicate effectively with frontend developers
Fluency in English (B2+ level minimum)
High level of independence, ownership, problem-solving mindset, and strong work organization
Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and commitment to visual consistency
Solid proficiency in using AI tools in your daily design workflow
A portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience
