Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related discipline
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other UX deliverables
Understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Working knowledge of visual design principles and interaction design patterns
Familiarity with modern web technologies and how design decisions impact implementation, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and strong user-centered solutions
