Full job description
Lead the UX strategy and design team for Taboola News, a consumer content-discovery platform pre-installed on mobile devices. Responsibilities include design leadership, mentoring, defining and building design systems, user research, and hands-on product design. Requires 6+ years in product design, 3+ years leading design teams, experience with user research and design systems, ability to leverage AI, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in design required. Hybrid work schedule based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What you'll do
- Leading, mentoring, and growing the design team
- Understanding UX needs of different PMs and turning them into direction
- Representing and advocating for the user and craft bar in product and business decision meetings
- Setting priorities across a wide surface and deciding what gets designed first
