Full job description

Product Analyst role in Tel Aviv office focused on driving product growth through data-driven insights, experimentation, and optimization. Requires 1+ years experience in analytical, product, or project roles, hands-on SQL skills, ability to analyze data for insights, and experience leading projects end-to-end. Bonus for experience with Tableau, Power BI, and A/B testing. Responsibilities include analyzing user engagement and business metrics, developing strategies to improve KPIs, leading optimization initiatives, defining requirements, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and presenting insights to stakeholders. What you'll do

  • Analyze user engagement, product performance, and business metrics to identify product optimization opportunities
  • Develop data-driven ideas and strategies to improve revenue, monetization, and user engagement KPIs
  • Lead product optimization initiatives from ideation through execution
  • Partner with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams
  • Define requirements, create technical specifications, and guide teams through implementation
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and new features
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an analytical, product, or project-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with SQL
  • Ability to analyze data to uncover insights and opportunities
  • Experience using data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support product decisions
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives end-to-end
  • Ability to quickly learn new domains, tools, and technologies
  • Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and product optimization methodologies
