Product Analyst (Maternity-Leave Replacement)

What you'll do

• Partner with Product Managers to define product KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive product strategy through data
• Design, analyze, and optimize A/B experiments to improve product performance and user experience
• Build dashboards, data models, and AI-powered analytical tools that automate reporting and accelerate insights
• Create self-service analytics solutions that empower Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to explore data independently
• Lead multiple analytical initiatives, providing strategic recommendations based on statistical research and business needs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and continuously evolve analytical methodologies using AI

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or Product Analytics role
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical field (Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), or equivalent analytical experience
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into product recommendations
• Self-driven mindset with passion for leveraging AI to automate workflows and improve analytical processes
• Strong sense of product ownership and proactivity to fully own a product domain, anticipate business needs, and continuously research and adopt evolving data methodologies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with excellent English, ability to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for PMs, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
