illumin is hiring a Procurement Lead reporting to the CFO to manage procurement focusing on SaaS, software, technology services, hardware, and corporate vendors. This full-time hybrid role requires working three days per week in the Toronto office. Responsibilities include owning the procurement lifecycle, driving cost optimization, managing vendor contracts and performance, researching market alternatives, and improving procurement processes and tools including ServiceNow. The candidate must have deep procurement experience, a commercial mindset with proven cost savings, technical aptitude for software and licensing models, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across departments. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus.
