The P2P Manager will manage and optimize the company's Procure-to-Pay processes, centralizing them across the global organization into a compliant and efficient system. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, driving process and tool efficiencies with AI, managing a centralized P2P team, harmonizing operations across countries, implementing process improvements, reviewing workflows, creating procurement guidelines, updating policies, ensuring group-wide compliance, implementing reporting and KPIs, managing P2P tools (TravelPerk, Expensify, Yooz/Pivot), collaborating with departments, and supporting end users. Requirements include a degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field, minimum 5 years experience in P2P/AP operations with 1-2 years in management, excellent communication skills, experience with ERP and P2P tools, proficiency in AI and automation, proven process improvement skills, experience working with global teams, and proficiency in English. The role is full-time, senior level, based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model (3 days in office per week).
