Full job description

The P2P Manager will manage and optimize the company's Procure-to-Pay processes, centralizing them across the global organization into a compliant and efficient system. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, driving process and tool efficiencies with AI, managing a centralized P2P team, harmonizing operations across countries, implementing process improvements, reviewing workflows, creating procurement guidelines, updating policies, ensuring group-wide compliance, implementing reporting and KPIs, managing P2P tools (TravelPerk, Expensify, Yooz/Pivot), collaborating with departments, and supporting end users. Requirements include a degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field, minimum 5 years experience in P2P/AP operations with 1-2 years in management, excellent communication skills, experience with ERP and P2P tools, proficiency in AI and automation, proven process improvement skills, experience working with global teams, and proficiency in English. The role is full-time, senior level, based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model (3 days in office per week). What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize the company’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Centralize P2P processes and policies across the global organization into a compliant and efficient ecosystem
  • Ensure compliance and drive process and tool efficiencies including use of AI
  • Manage and mentor a centralized P2P team
  • Harmonize P2P operations in all Ogury countries and create & manage a cohesive team
  • Identify, implement, drive and monitor process improvements balancing control with ease and speed
  • Review and redesign P2P workflows if necessary
  • Create procurement guidelines and best practices across the Group
  • Regularly review and update policies
  • Ensure group-wide compliance of processes and procedures
  • Implement P2P reporting and KPIs
  • Report incidents of policy non-compliance and find areas for improvement
  • Manage all P2P tools in the toolstack (TravelPerk, Expensify, Yooz/Pivot)
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth and effective P2P team operations
  • Support end users with processes and tools

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive experience in P2P/AP operations with at least 1-2 years in a management/leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with the finance team as well as external stakeholders
  • Experience managing modern ERP and P2P tools as well as Excel and the use of AI in driving digital transformation
  • Proven track record of taking outdated or messy processes and turning them into sleek and automated workflows
  • Experience of working with global teams
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
