Requirements
7-12 years experience in Golang under Linux/Unix platform
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent from well-known institutes/universities
Proficiency in Go development on Linux/UNIX platforms
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, system programming concepts including multithreading, multiprocessing, and memory management
Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Ability to take end-to-end ownership of software development lifecycle
Ability to design and develop clean, modular, maintainable, scalable software
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues ensuring high availability and performance
Demonstrated ability to self-direct and work independently
Mentor and lead junior team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to take Agile scrum responsibilities in absence of Scrum Master
Use of best practices for software development and documentation
