Full job description
Seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead development of a modern Integration Platform for ingesting, transforming, and loading data into People Cloud Platform. Requires strong technical leadership and software engineering expertise. Responsibilities include designing integration platform, architecting data ingestion pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and ETL services, building scalable connector frameworks, backend development with Java/Spring Boot, frontend oversight with Angular, cross-team collaboration, multi-cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Requires 10+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years leadership, expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud-native microservices, data integration, Angular, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Workday, Marketo, Google Ads, Segment, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted development.
