Full job description

Vibe.co is hiring its founding security engineer to own and lead the security function. The role involves defining the risk model, setting the security roadmap, hardening cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and GCP with Kubernetes, automating access management, vulnerability prioritization, incident response, and running a private bug bounty program. The candidate will maintain SOC 2 compliance and drive future compliance initiatives. Responsibilities also include setting AI security policies, running security awareness training, and collaborating with Walmart's cloud security teams. Requirements include experience building a security function as a first hire, coding skills, deep cloud-native security expertise, managing compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA, and hands-on AI security risk management. Nice to have experience includes running bug bounty programs, ad tech security, and navigating security through acquisitions. The position is full-time, senior level, hybrid in Paris, with a salary range of €115,000-€175,000. Benefits include variable pay, health insurance, meal vouchers, annual offsite, and tech syncs.
