Full job description

Vibe.co is hiring its founding security engineer to own and build the security function full-time. The role involves defining the risk model, setting the security roadmap, and implementing security engineering practices in a cloud-native environment using AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and GitOps. Responsibilities include managing access, vulnerability prioritization, incident response, SOC 2 compliance, and running a private bug bounty program. The candidate must have experience building security functions, coding skills, managing compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and hands-on AI security risk management. The position is full-time, based in Paris with hybrid work (3 days onsite). Salary range is €127,000-€171,000.
