Full job description

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Media Planning & MMM team to lead Marketing Mix Model product strategy and execution. The role involves defining product vision, managing product initiatives including clean room based MMM solutions and 3P data feeds, working with customers and partners, prioritizing development efforts, and driving go-to-market plans. Candidates must have 2+ years end-to-end product delivery experience, 8+ years technical product or program management experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong background in product management, marketing mix models, and AdTech. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-functional projects, managing tradeoffs, and ensuring customer-focused product delivery.

What you'll do

  • Define vision and strategy for Marketing Mix Model solutions
  • Build out clean room based Marketing Mix Models solution
  • Add signal to 3P MMM data feed and API
  • Lead overall Marketing Mix Models strategy
  • Set product vision, define use cases, analyze customer and financial implications
  • Work directly with external customers and partners to collect input and mold requirements
  • Drive prioritization across multiple development teams
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct user testing with customers
  • Lead go-to-market plan with product marketing
  • Promote new features to clients
  • Define success metrics and accelerate adoption through sales teams
  • Protect and enhance the customer retail experience on Amazon
  • Coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management
  • Make tradeoffs and balance business needs versus technical constraints

Requirements

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Experience within AdTech is highly preferred
