Full job description

Tatari is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager for the Reporting and Measurement team focused on Intuitive Reporting. The role involves managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmap, and delivering data-driven features for TV advertising measurement beyond direct-response metrics. Candidates must have 6+ years product management experience in data and analytics products, strong skills in data visualization, analytics, ML/GenAI, and experience with ETL and calculation pipelines. Familiarity with audience measurement and TV advertising metrics is required. The position is full-time, hybrid (2 days in office), located in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 plus equity. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, education stipend, unlimited PTO, and more.

What you'll do

  • Manage entire product life cycle from ideation to post launch analytics under guidance of senior team members
  • Collaborate with engineering, media-buying, data science, sales, marketing, and client management teams
  • Help define short and long term product roadmap and translate company vision into product solutions
  • Provide thought leadership and execution in delivery of data initiatives for TV advertisers
  • Understand customer requirements and synthesize compelling product features
  • Balance current capabilities with future planning
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to position products accordingly

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with emphasis in customer-facing data & analytics products
  • Experience in advertising or marketing technology is a bonus
  • Ability to work in a high-ambiguity environment
  • Passion for delivering features leveraging data, analytics, and ML/GenAI
  • Strong analytics sense and ability to extract meaningful signals from large data
  • Strong ability in building and telling stories through data visualization
  • Experience partnering closely with Design for user research and product design
  • Strong communication and people skills for interaction with teams, clients, and vendors
  • Ability to present roadmap and initiatives clearly to senior leadership
  • Success in developing high-leverage features that delight customers and grow business
  • Customer-needs obsessed, Agile-fluent, skilled in user story and solution creation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Hands-on experience specifying and shipping products built on ETL and calculation pipelines
  • Comfortable reasoning about metric computation end-to-end
  • Familiarity with audience and reach measurement (e.g., Nielsen ONE, cross-platform reach/frequency)
  • Understanding of TV/advertising measurement beyond direct-response metrics (brand lift, upper-funnel, audience-based metrics)
