Full job description

Tatari is seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI/ML to lead the vision and multi-year strategy for AI/ML recommendation and prediction products. The role requires 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading ML/AI products, experience building recommendation systems or graph neural network products, and strong skills in product strategy, Agile development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, securing executive alignment, market research, mentoring PMs, and partnering with design, data science, and engineering. Benefits include total compensation of $190,000-$225,000, equity, health insurance, 401K, commuter benefits, education allowance, unlimited PTO, wellness days, and hybrid work with 2 days in office per week.

What you'll do

  • Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for AI/ML recommendation and prediction products end-to-end
  • Secure executive alignment on technology investments tied to business goals
  • Serve as the org's go-to expert on customers and market
  • Evangelize AI/ML product innovation across the org
  • Mentor and set the standard for other PMs working on adjacent AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
  • Partner closely with design, data science, and engineering through the full delivery lifecycle

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading ML/AI products end-to-end
  • Proven track record building and scaling recommendation systems and/or graph neural network (GNN) products in production
  • Experience shaping product strategy and driving buy-in without formal authority
  • Skilled at partnering with UX/design and data science to ship AI/ML features
  • Strong grasp of Agile/iterative development adapted for ML timelines
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication
  • Big plus: Direct experience in ad tech, CTV/streaming, linear TV, or programmatic media
