Full job description

Tatari seeks a Principal Product Manager, AI/ML to lead the vision and multi-year strategy for AI/ML recommendation and prediction products. The role requires 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading ML/AI products, experience building recommendation systems or graph neural network products, and strong skills in product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and Agile development adapted for ML. Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, securing executive alignment, guiding engineering teams, synthesizing market and customer data, evangelizing AI/ML innovation, mentoring other PMs, and partnering with design, data science, and engineering. What you'll do

  • Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for AI/ML recommendation and prediction products end-to-end
  • Secure executive alignment on technology investments tied to business goals
  • Guide engineering teams in sequencing short-term deliverables that ladder to long-term strategy
  • Serve as the org's go-to expert on customers and market
  • Evangelize AI/ML product innovation across the org
  • Mentor and set the standard for other PMs working on adjacent AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
  • Partner closely with design, data science, and engineering through the full delivery lifecycle

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management
  • 3+ years leading ML/AI products end-to-end
  • Experience building and scaling recommendation systems and/or graph neural network products in production
  • Experience shaping product strategy and driving buy-in across engineering, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skilled at partnering with UX/design and data science to ship AI/ML features
  • Strong grasp of Agile/iterative development adapted for ML timelines
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Big plus: experience in ad tech, CTV/streaming, linear TV, or programmatic media
