Principal Product Manager

What you'll do

• Drive building world-class AI experiences and platforms that keep consumers safe and deliver sustainable business growth
• Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations
• Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-first, product development cycle
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing teams
• Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research
• Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to build exceptional consumer-grade applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1+ years focused on Trust & Safety, abuse prevention, or security-related products
• Experience leading products built on AI/ML systems from the ground up
• Background in driving multi-year strategic initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated experience aligning with senior engineering stakeholders in high-stakes, fast-moving product spaces
• Preferred: Deep experience in Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Cybersecurity at a global scale impacting multi million users or dollars
• Preferred: Advanced understanding of Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and adversarial machine learning
• Preferred: Ability to use complex data sets to identify non-obvious patterns and drive fundamental changes in product direction
• Preferred: Experience navigating the intersection of product features, local laws, and global cultural nuances across different time zones
