Full job description

Lead the development and launch of a new Sponsored Brands product for creators, managing the product lifecycle from concept to market launch and growth. Advocate for creators and advertisers by improving collaboration, campaign launch, performance understanding, and investment decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights through research and data analysis, translate them into scalable solutions and clear requirements, and prioritize the product roadmap. Collaborate with engineering and science teams to deliver valuable capabilities. Engage directly with creators and advertisers to validate assumptions and evaluate experiments. Use AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping. Requires 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience, 8+ years of technical product or program management experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience in feature delivery, roadmap strategy, and leading engineering discussions.
