Full job description
Senior individual contributor role embedded in Engineering, partnering with Data Platform, Analytics, Product, and Legal teams. Focus on data governance, compliance, and scaling data assets for premium publishers and enterprise advertisers. Responsibilities include defining data flows, schemas, contracts, quality standards, lifecycle policies, and compliance aligned with regulatory and business needs. Build guardrails for safe, compliant engineering decisions and embed governance into workflows. Requires hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms, data governance, compliance frameworks, and working with sensitive data. Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate with high ownership in early-stage environments. Based in Europe or able to work closely with European teams. Ability to translate legal, compliance, security, and business requirements into practical engineering solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, and Analytics
Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with high ownership and strong influence
Comfort with ambiguity, early-stage environments, and building structure where it does not yet exist
Based in Europe, or able to work closely with European engineering teams
