Lead and manage complex Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and CMS+ transformation programs. Develop digital platform strategies and roadmaps for enterprise ecosystems. Lead Product Owners and prioritize business backlogs focused on value. Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specs. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions. Advise C-Level stakeholders on digital opportunities and platform decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Coach and mentor consultants and build high-performing teams. Monitor digital trends and provide insights. Requires 8+ years experience in product ownership or consulting for DXP transformations, strong CMS and related domain knowledge, leadership skills, and fluency in German and English.
