Full job description

Lead major digital transformation programs focused on Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and CMS+. Act as strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, define digital vision, shape requirements, and ensure delivery across business and technology teams. Drive platform strategies and roadmaps for enterprise DXP/CMS ecosystems. Lead Product Owners to prioritize business backlogs and translate needs into user stories and specifications. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions. Advise C-level stakeholders on digital opportunities and process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Coach and mentor consultants and contribute to capability building. Stay updated on digital and DXP trends. Requires deep expertise in DXP/CMS platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magnolia, Acquia), strong consulting and product ownership skills, experience managing C-level stakeholders, and strong facilitation and leadership skills. Full-time role based in Vienna with hybrid work options.
