Full job description

Lead major digital transformation programs focused on Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and CMS+. Act as strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, define digital vision, shape requirements, and ensure delivery across business and technology teams. Drive platform strategies and roadmaps for enterprise DXP/CMS ecosystems. Lead Product Owners to prioritize business backlogs and translate needs into user stories and specifications. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions. Advise C-level stakeholders on digital opportunities and process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Coach and mentor consultants and contribute to capability building. Stay updated on digital and DXP trends. Requires deep expertise in DXP/CMS platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magnolia, Acquia), strong consulting and product ownership skills, experience managing C-level stakeholders, and strong facilitation and leadership skills. Full-time role based in Vienna with hybrid work options. What you'll do

  • Drive major DXP / CMS+ digital transformation programs
  • Act as strategic partner to senior client stakeholders
  • Define digital vision and shape requirements
  • Ensure successful delivery across business and technology teams for one or more DXP products
  • Drive digital platform strategies and roadmaps for large enterprise DXP / CMS+ ecosystems
  • Lead other Product Owners to define, create, and prioritize business backlogs focused on value creation
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements
  • Advise C-level stakeholders on digital opportunities, platform decisions, and process optimization
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise & Solution Architects, UX/design, and Content teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
  • Act as business leader and subject matter expert in DXP and CMS+ during pitches and client engagements
  • Coach and mentor other consultants and contribute to internal capability building
  • Stay ahead of digital and DXP trends and bring relevant insights to clients

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in DXP / CMS+
  • Strong consulting and product ownership skills
  • Extensive experience leading large DXP / CMS+ projects across multiple platforms
  • Strong background in requirements engineering, including process modelling and functional specifications
  • Proven ability to manage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Experience working across business and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and co-creation sessions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coach and mentor other consultants
  • Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms, content, UX/design and modern digital ecosystems
  • Strategic, structured, and value-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
