Full job description

Lead sales initiatives targeting key enterprises to generate new business and close multiple high-value deals annually in MarTech and AdTech. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and position Epsilon as a strategic partner. Deliver customized sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and stay ahead of industry trends. Manage accounts effectively to drive immediate sales success and long-term growth. Requires 15+ years sales experience, bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales roles
  • Substantial exposure to new business development/new logo sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in MarTech and AdTech
  • Extensive experience managing geographic or account-based territories
  • Expertise in MarTech / AdTech solutions
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored sales presentations
  • Proficient in negotiation and contract closure
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies
