Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Policy Manager to direct content classification policies across verticals such as hate speech, crime, violence, and disasters. The role involves developing and writing policy positions, training labeling teams, supporting internal teams with policy articulation, conducting research on public and advertiser perspectives, prioritizing policy improvements, and collaborating with linguists and data scientists on classification models. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in or with the tech industry, strong writing and analytical skills, experience with dataset analysis, familiarity with web and social media trends, and an interest in policy and content moderation. Preferred qualifications include experience in product or content policy, knowledge of national or international harmful content frameworks, familiarity with no-code and AI tools, and advanced degrees in Public Policy, International Relations, or Law. The position is full-time, on-site at the NYC Global HQ, with a salary range of $109,000 to $178,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
