Kevel is seeking a Platform Support & Operations Team Lead to build and lead a new team providing first-line engineering support for internal platforms. This full-time remote role based in Hungary involves hiring and developing a team, defining support processes, managing incident response, and improving platform reliability. Candidates must have 5+ years in technical support, operations, SRE, or platform engineering with 2+ years in leadership, strong technical knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, databases, and experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Responsibilities include team building, process design, incident management, and collaboration with engineering squads.
