Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid-level professional with 3+ years experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting SSP integrations, collaborating with product and engineering teams, analyzing data with SQL, managing SSP partner communications, supporting partner onboarding, ensuring compliance with privacy and brand safety standards, and assisting with invoice validation and revenue reconciliation. Required skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with SQL or similar tools, understanding of programmatic infrastructure (SSPs, Prebid, auction mechanics, oRTB), and effective cross-functional communication. The role offers remote or hybrid work options and stable long-term cooperation based on a B2B or contract of mandate agreement.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, analyze data to identify trends or anomalies
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Use querying tools (e.g. SQL) to analyze log-level data and support operational improvements
  • Manage communication with SSP partners, respond to operational requests, prepare insights for partner reviews
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
  • Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners, assess inventory quality and uniqueness, monitor duplication
  • Maintain accurate records of supply configurations and integrations
  • Ensure partner adherence to privacy regulations and internal brand safety standards
  • Monitor restricted verticals and support enforcement with legal and policy teams
  • Assist with invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigation of billing discrepancies using data analysis and cross-functional coordination

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships
  • Track record of managing external relationships spanning technical and commercial domains
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SQL or similar querying tools (proficiency a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure including SSPs, Prebid, auction mechanics
  • Familiarity with oRTB bid request/response formats
  • Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally across technical, business, and partner-facing teams
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams
