StackAdapt is hiring a Platform Quality Analyst for a 12-month fixed term, working Wednesday to Sunday 9-5 EST. The role involves auditing ad creatives and exchange inventory to ensure compliance with brand-safe advertising standards, supporting client inquiries and troubleshooting via Freshdesk, assisting with training coordination, researching advertising laws and privacy developments, preparing quality reports, maintaining data hygiene, and supporting platform troubleshooting. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, 1-2 years experience in digital advertising, basic Microsoft Excel skills, good communication, strong attention to detail, and an interest in online advertising. The position offers an hourly wage of $25-$30 CAD and is hybrid remote. What you'll do

  • Conduct regular audits of ads and exchange inventory to ensure compliance with brand-safe advertising practices
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from the sales team through Freshdesk, assist with troubleshooting ad-serving issues
  • Collaborate with senior team members to address client concerns
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in training sessions on processes and best practices
  • Research and analyze advertising laws, regulations, and industry developments globally
  • Stay informed about privacy-related developments and contribute insights to support compliance
  • Support preparation of reports detailing key metrics related to platform quality
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain data hygiene and record-keeping practices
  • Support platform troubleshooting efforts to ensure smooth operation and user experience

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising or a related field
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn and develop advanced skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interest in online advertising and willingness to learn about industry trends and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
