Basis Technologies is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager (SRE) to lead reliability and platform engineering for Klario and Private Cloud. This hands-on leadership role requires ownership of platform roadmap, building core platform capabilities (CI/CD, automation, observability), embedding SRE practices, improving operational readiness, and leading incident management. The role includes managing and growing a permanent team of Platform Engineers and SREs, acting as senior escalation for complex platform issues, and supporting customer delivery with architecture guidance. Candidates must have experience running 24/7 cloud products, strong SRE expertise, hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, and leadership skills. Exposure to SAP BTP is desirable.
