Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of backend software engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on experience building production AI systems
Strong Python development experience
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker and deploying production workloads in cloud-native environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and modern software delivery practices
Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, reasoning techniques, structured outputs, tool calling and retrieval architectures
Strong experience designing and building end-to-end AI systems, from data ingestion and orchestration to production deployment
Experience designing AI agents, agentic workflows or AI automation systems
Experience working with Data Science or Machine Learning teams
Strong software architecture and distributed systems design skills
Experience with vector databases, graph databases or modern AI data platforms (advantage)
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar (advantage)
Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies into production systems (advantage)
Excellent spoken and written English skills
