Full job description

Technical Project Manager/Delivery Lead role responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects and product development within an E-Commerce program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time, within scope, and budget. Define project scope, develop plans, coordinate teams, monitor progress, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders, and handle documentation and release management. Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in technical project management, knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, CI/CD tools, product management, and strong technical background. Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are a plus. Familiarity with UX/UI, SEO, analytics, infrastructure, security, and e-commerce is required. What you'll do

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and product development initiatives
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project requirements
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates and status reports
  • Facilitate meetings to drive decision-making and resolve issues
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify improvements
  • Collaborate with product management to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Define product specifications and create user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Act as primary contact for technical inquiries related to projects and products
  • Write documentation including SOWs and RCAs
  • Manage release iterations
  • Report and escalate to Programme Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools
  • Experience in product management including lifecycle management and roadmap development
  • Strong technical background to discuss architectural concepts and schedule trade-offs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
  • Strong experience with software development and/or technical architecture
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design, SEO, Analytics, Performance, Accessibility, Infrastructure, and Security best practices
  • E-Commerce experience

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
