Liftoff is seeking a mid-level Performance Strategy professional to support new business launches in the Greater China Region. The role involves strategic and technical support for new customers during their first six months, including campaign management, optimization, and analytics. Responsibilities include serving as a technical point of contact, managing campaigns, collaborating with account teams, launching new campaigns, analyzing performance trends, and improving team processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of experience in campaign optimization, BI, or analytics, strong data insight skills, organizational skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English. The position is hybrid based in Beijing, with a salary range of 280,000 to 330,000 RMB plus a 10% target bonus. What you'll do

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for Launch customers applying best practices to identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue
  • Execute day-to-day campaign management tasks including collecting creative assets, calculating/implementing budgets and caps, setting up changes, and basic performance reports
  • Serve as internal point of contact for key clients managing and optimizing performance, collaborating with account teams, and escalating niche issues
  • Be an expert in the platform and work closely with Account Teams to formulate campaign optimization strategies
  • Launch new campaigns and ensure successful setup, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
  • Participate actively in cross-functional projects
  • Provide regular knowledge sharing updates in internal team meetings
  • Lead communication across technical and non-technical teams within the company matrix
  • Identify and analyze performance trends and potential issues
  • Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards, making recommendations to client-facing teams and presenting to clients
  • Identify, triage, and escalate issues to management and internal teams
  • Critically assess team processes, develop best practices, and drive improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-4 years campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience
  • Ability to draw insights from data
