Liftoff is hiring a mid-level Performance Strategist with billing and collections operations ownership for strategic APAC/GCR customers. Responsibilities include managing accounts, optimizing campaigns using Looker and proprietary tools, leading cross-functional communication, managing billing and collections workflows, partnering with finance teams, resolving billing issues, supporting enterprise billing processes, and driving process improvements and automation leveraging AI. The role requires fluency in Business Mandarin and English, project management skills, and comfort with communication tools like Slack and WeChat.
