The role is a hybrid full-time position based in Singapore, combining performance strategy and billing & collections operations for strategic APAC/GCR customers. Responsibilities include managing accounts, optimizing campaigns using Looker and proprietary tools, serving as a point of contact for key clients, and leading cross-functional communication. On the billing side, the role manages billing workflows, partners with Accounts Receivable, resolves billing discrepancies, supports enterprise billing processes, and assists with credit checks and Salesforce/Revenue Operations tasks. The role also acts as a liaison between APAC Commercial teams and global finance teams, driving process improvements and automation leveraging AI. Requirements include 2+ years of campaign optimization or analytical experience in adtech, performance-focused optimization experience, prior billing or finance operations exposure preferred, a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Business Mandarin and English, strong project management and communication skills, and proficiency with Slack and WeChat.
