Full job description

Liftoff is hiring a Performance Strategist 1 responsible for executing post-sale campaign setups and creative uploads. The role supports global Account Management teams and clients, requiring strong knowledge of Liftoff’s tools and customer objectives. Responsibilities include launching campaigns, uploading creatives, issue triage and escalation, campaign edits, audits, and communication with account teams and clients. The role requires native Mandarin and fluent English, strong organizational skills, Excel competency, incident and escalation management experience, and preferably 1+ years in customer support. The position is full-time, hybrid with 2-3 days onsite weekly in Beijing. Compensation includes base salary of 227,000 - 250,000 RMB plus 10% target bonus, equity, and health benefits. Travel for team events quarterly is expected.

What you'll do

  • Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
  • Upload new creative units to the platform to improve Advertisers performance, escalating any issues
  • Identify, triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
  • Apply edits to campaigns or creatives at the request of Account Management group and/or clients
  • Be proactive with knowledge sharing and provide regular updates in internal team meetings
  • Perform various audits to ensure all campaigns are set up for success
  • Respond to alerts designed to flag issues with campaigns or creatives
  • Implement best practices to ensure successful campaigns
  • Communicate directly with Account management team and/or clients to clarify requests
  • Provide potential time-shifting, weekend and holiday coverage where needed
  • Identify areas of process improvement and development of best practice

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Native Mandarin speaker
  • Fluent written and spoken English for global team and customer collaboration
  • Competent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Incident and Escalations Management Experience
  • Commercial Support, Customer Engagement Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Nice to have: 1+ years working experience in a customer support role
