Full job description

People Operations Internship supporting the Local People Operations France Team from Barcelona. Provide first-line HR support including onboarding new hires in France, preparing employment contracts, managing employee files, updating HR data, handling leaves, preparing employee letters and certificates, managing benefit enrollments, scheduling occupational medical exams, and managing cases via ticketing tool. Collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams. Drive process consistency and improve knowledge base. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, high English and mandatory French, good communication, confidentiality, self-starter attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
