Sovrn seeks a People Experience Manager responsible for day-to-day administration of People programs including recruiting, employee lifecycle, and people operations. The role manages recruiting processes, candidate experience, ATS administration, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, immigration coordination, unemployment claims, contractor processes, office operations, and policy updates. The manager also administers performance management systems, delivers manager training, and improves people processes using technology and AI tools. Requires 5+ years experience in talent acquisition and people operations, HR systems administration, project management, problem-solving, strong communication, discretion, and knowledge of US and European employment compliance. SHRM-CP preferred. Location is on-site in Boulder, Colorado. Salary range $125,000 to $145,000 plus benefits.

Requirements
5+ years of experience across talent acquisition and people operations, including full-cycle recruiting and the employee lifecycle administration
Experience administering HR systems, including system configuration, workflows, data, reporting, and user support
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues and improve processes
Track record of building trusted relationships with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners
Approachable and empathetic communication style
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High degree of discretion and confidentiality handling candidate and employee information
Knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements across the US and Europe
Experience using AI tools to automate or improve operational workflows
SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred
