Responsibilities include advising managers on people situations, coaching on conversations and documentation, managing employee relations cases, leading cross-market projects, coordinating with legal counsel, tracking data for insights, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies, and supporting audits. Requirements include at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in tech or fast-growing companies, fluency in English, strong project leadership, data analysis skills, and strong documentation habits.
