Full job description

Adsmurai is seeking a Junior People Business Partner with 2 years of experience to join the People, Talent & Culture team in Barcelona. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and other profiles, active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, onboarding/offboarding processes, improving candidate experience, supporting process updates and tool implementation, partnering with managers on hiring needs, assisting with administrative and labor relations tasks, and supporting team-building initiatives. Requirements include 2+ years recruiting IT profiles, daily use of LinkedIn Recruiter, experience with multiple job portals, basic labor law knowledge, administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, strategic and detail-oriented mindset, and being a team player. The role offers a 6-month temporary contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model, intensive Fridays and holidays off, 23 vacation days plus additional days per year of seniority, birthday day off, internal training and career development, team activities, English classes, gym agreements, and a flexible compensation plan including meal tickets, transport, and health insurance.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for tech and other company profiles
  • Actively search and select tech profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manage internal onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure the best candidate experience
  • Support updating internal processes and implementing new tools
  • Act as direct partner to managers supporting their recruitment needs
  • Support administrative and labor relations tasks within the department
  • Support team-building activities and company initiatives
  • Be a role model and convey company values and culture

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in IT recruitment (Backend, Frontend, UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps, Data Analyst, Web Designer, Product Manager)
  • Daily use of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience using multiple job portals for candidate search
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and current regulations
  • Experience in administrative tasks related to HR
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and practical approach
  • Strategic mindset oriented to objectives and detail
