Payroll Specialist role based in Paris, France. Full-time fixed term position with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities include processing payroll accurately and on time for employees mainly in France, maintaining payroll data accuracy, supporting payroll administrative tasks, coordinating with People Operations in Barcelona, handling employee payroll inquiries, managing payroll/tax notices, collaborating on monthly GL reconciliation with US teams, performing data cleansing, cross-training team members, and participating in People projects. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, 5+ years payroll administration experience, high ethical standards, ability to work independently, excellent French and English communication skills, strong system and analytical skills, and flexibility to work across time zones.
