The role requires managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with US and UK payroll laws, handling payroll discrepancies and audits, leading process improvements, and maintaining internal controls and audit readiness. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in global payroll operations, expert knowledge of US and UK payroll compliance, and experience with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, or CloudPay. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
