Tatari is hiring a Partnerships Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of partnerships including creative, measurement, and channel marketing partners. The position is full-time, hybrid (2 days in office), located in New York, NY, with a salary range of $90,000 to $125,000 plus equity and benefits.
What you'll do
Own a portfolio of partnerships end-to-end including onboarding, productivity tracking, and ensuring sales/account teams know when to use them
Prepare partner reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency account management, media, or adtech, including some client or partner facing experience
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable with data analysis and building partner performance views in spreadsheets
Clear writing and confident communication skills for partner facing and internal materials
Able to hold technical conversations about integrations, APIs, and measurement methodology
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a small, fast moving team
Bonus: experience in TV, streaming, or video advertising
Bonus: familiarity with measurement and attribution landscape (incrementality, MMM, brand lift, clean rooms, identity resolution)
