Full job description

Smadex seeks a senior partnerships professional to lead and scale strategic relationships across the Americas. The role involves owning regional partnership strategy, driving supply and measurement collaborations, and representing Smadex as a key market ambassador. Responsibilities include managing executive relationships with SSPs, MMPs, data providers, and publishers; designing and executing a partnerships roadmap; expanding supply and ecosystem access; representing the company at industry events; leading partnership lifecycle including negotiation and contracting; and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Legal, and Technical teams. Requirements include 5+ years of AdTech experience within DSP, SSP, MMP, Ad Network or related ecosystem, strong understanding of programmatic advertising with focus on mobile marketing technologies, proven track record in building strategic partnerships in the Americas, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred. What you'll do

  • Act as the senior ambassador for Smadex across the Americas, owning executive relationships with key partners including SSPs, MMPs, data providers, and direct publishers
  • Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships roadmap for the region, balancing optimization and expansion of existing partnerships with onboarding new high-impact opportunities
  • Strengthen Smadex’s access to premium inventory and strategic integrations by developing partnerships across mobile, in-app, and emerging channels
  • Serve as the primary face of Smadex at major industry events, conferences, and panels across the Americas
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and strategic evaluation through commercial structuring, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance governance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure successful partner integrations, joint business planning, and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of AdTech experience within a DSP, SSP, MMP, Ad Network, or related ecosystem player
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, with a focus on mobile marketing technologies and supply dynamics
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in the Americas region
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to pitch, present, and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep partnerships through relationship management and consultative selling
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
