Full job description

Koddi is a global commerce media technology company. The Partner Success Manager, APAC, will manage a portfolio of top regional advertisers and agencies, driving adoption, performance, and partner value across APAC. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, designing partner programs, coordinating program delivery, analyzing campaign data, providing partner feedback internally, and collaborating with global teams. Requirements include fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese; strong English skills; 2+ years experience in partner success or digital advertising operations; knowledge of digital advertising channels; proficiency with SQL, Salesforce, or ZenDesk; strong analytical skills; and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key APAC advertiser and agency relationships
  • Meet regularly with clients to review performance, share insights, and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Design and manage regional partner programs that drive spend growth and platform adoption
  • Coordinate end-to-end program delivery across internal teams — planning, documentation, and stakeholder updates
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support data-driven decisions
  • Act as the voice of the partner inside Koddi — surfacing feedback to shape product and commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with global product and delivery teams to resolve partner challenges and launch new solutions

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Cantonese Chinese
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • 2+ years in partner success, account management, client success, or digital advertising operations
  • Knowledge of digital advertising — paid search, display, sponsored listings, or e-commerce media
  • Proficiency with data and operations tools such as SQL, Salesforce (SFDC), or ZenDesk
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent experience
