Full job description
Koddi is a global commerce media technology company. The Partner Success Manager, APAC, will own relationships for a portfolio of top regional advertisers and agencies, driving adoption, performance, and partner value across APAC. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, designing partner programs, coordinating program delivery, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating with global teams. Requirements include fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese, strong English skills, 2+ years in partner success or digital advertising operations, knowledge of digital advertising channels, proficiency with SQL, Salesforce, or ZenDesk, strong analytical skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key APAC advertiser and agency relationships
- Meet regularly with clients to review performance, share insights, and deliver strategic recommendations
