Full job description
Senior Paid Search Specialist (SEM) role in Madrid requiring at least 3 years of experience managing SEM campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, optimizing SEM campaigns, creating reports and strategic proposals, and building client relationships. Required skills include experience with Google Ads full funnel campaigns, Search Ads 360, GA4, Google Merchant Center Next, Excel/Spreadsheet, and Looker Studio. Preferred skills include app analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer), Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads/GA4 certifications, GTM, and advanced measurement tools. The role offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model (2 days remote), vacation benefits, continuous training, team activities, and flexible compensation. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
