Full job description

Adsmurai is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist (SEM) with at least 3 years of experience to join their team in Madrid. The role involves identifying client needs and opportunities, managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, creating reports and analyses, presenting strategic proposals, and building strong client relationships. Candidates must have experience with Google Ads full funnel campaigns, GA4, Google Merchant Center Next, Search Ads 360, Excel/Spreadsheet, and Looker Studio. Additional skills in app analytics tools, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Tag Manager, and certifications in Google Ads or GA4 are a plus. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model (2 days remote per week), vacation benefits, continuous training, team activities, and a flexible compensation plan including meal tickets, transport, and health insurance.

What you'll do

  • Identify client needs, problems, and opportunities to improve accounts
  • Detect and leverage business opportunities (up selling/cross selling)
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns based on insights
  • Create reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis based on results
  • Create and present strategic proposals to clients and prospects
  • Build strong relationships with client teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing SEM campaigns
  • Experience with full funnel campaigns in Google Ads
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Merchant Center Next
  • Experience with Search Ads 360
  • Experience with Excel/Spreadsheet
  • Experience creating automated reports and dashboards with Looker Studio
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Up to date with latest SEM trends and best practices
  • Experience with app analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer) is a plus
  • Experience managing Bing Ads and/or Amazon Ads campaigns is a plus
  • Google Ads and/or GA4 certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus
  • Advanced use of measurement and attribution tools like GA4, Floodlights, and other integrated systems
  • International mindset and fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus
  • Additional languages (Russian, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic) are valued
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiastic, practical approach
